"A happy,
relaxed and stimulating environment - in which children build self-esteem,
confidence and independence through a variety of learning activities"
Chaddesley Corbett Pre-school Nursery offers a
balanced programme of education based on the six desirable learning outcomes of
personal and social development, language and literacy, mathematics, knowledge
and understanding of the world, creative development and physical development.
The Nursery is situated in modern,
purpose built accommodation. adjacent to Chaddesley Corbett (Endowed) First
School.
We are open every weekday between 9.00am and 3.00pm - and follow the school calendar in respect of holiday dates.
There is no obligation for children to attend
full-time - and we are able to accommodate mornings only, full days and, where
necessary, afternoons only.

The Nursery is registered with Social Services
and is a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.
Since opening in 1995 the Nursery has undergone two OFSTED Inspections - the
findings of both were very good and show that the Nursery is an excellent
example of a good 'early-years' provider.
Children enter the Nursery in the Academic Year
in which they reach the age of 4.
The Nursery holds up to 20 children.
We are able to accommodate children with special needs - and follow the Social
Services 'Code of Practice' for each child.
Finance
The Nursery is entirely privately funded by fee collection and
general fund-raising activities. It is managed by an elected committee comprised
mainly of Parents and Nursery Staff.
Parental involvement is actively encouraged.
